Brief
To audit the brand identity for Holidu Hosts (formerly Bookiply) and make a website from scratch –– making sure it has higher conversions and a smooth UX

Results
Firstly, we created an organized Styleguide. The process included user research and understanding via interviews with Hosts, local sales teams and customer success teams.
Then, we built the hero Host page (bookiply.com/homeowners), creating a user flow keeping Hosts and Travelers traffic goals in mind. From there, I created other web pages including About us, FAQ, Product, and Home page.
A few succesful A/B tests conducted during UX improvments on the website are listed below:
Test: By making the host section on the homepage more prominent and by removing some of the travel focused elements, we can get more hosts to our product related pages (/homeowners, /contact, /product)
We had a winner with + 134,96 % change
Test: By moving the sign up form up to the top our customers don’t have to search before signing up. By that we’ll increase the conversion rate.
We had a winner with + 61.09 % change.
