To use event marketing to strengthen Holidu’s presence in North Italy, connect with local hosts and generate new potential leads from the area.

It was important that the campaign spoke to the local audience, with the elements reflected from the region and the dialects considered within. It was essential for the designs to be scalable, so they’d work seamlessly across online and offline platforms.
I gathered feedback from local sales team in Bolzano to ensure the elements reflected the region. Using this, I developed a moodboard to ensure my understanding reflected the local essence. Afterwards, color palette and sketches were developed. Finally, an event design plan was made to align with the event and marketing funnel, ensuring clarity for the event manager.
Result
We reached our German audience goals and exceeded the Italian audience goals. We helped sell 320 tickets to the event, exceeding the goal of 250. NPS Score was 71.44, indicating great customer loyalty. New live properties far exceeded expectations, reaching 57, a +62% increase over the target of 35.
